Centrifugally-impact hogs are designed for crushing and grinding of rocks and ores.

 

This type of crusher destroys the rock by the “free-kick” method. The destruction of rock pieces occurs as the result of their impact against a motionless massive barrier (blade). Such blades are subjected to significant loads that traditional materials can’t withstand.

 

The heaviest loaded parts of blades (knifes, inserts) are made from cemented carbide. The most optimal type of cemented carbide for this application is BK8B.

 

Knifes (inserts) for the following types of hogs are serially produced:

• Titan-D
• DC
